Kerryn Griffiths

When Kerryn Griffiths first started coaching in 2002, she found herself angry at the coaching industry. Here she was, all trained up with no-one to coach! Worse still, she'd given up her day job as a teacher and didn't have the money to pay a coach to help her succeed in her coaching business! It was a vicious circle... a major problem (that she later discovered hundreds of coaches experience), until she found a solution that catalysed a coaching revolution.

With financial accessibility of coaching as a core, motivating value, Kerryn created ReciproCoach, a global coaching community where coaches, whether beginner or master, go for coaching. The result? Coaching fees are now simply by-passed for all coaches, everywhere, always... and Kerryn (and many of her colleagues) are no longer quite so annoyed at the coaching industry!

On a more "official" note, Kerryn Griffiths has a PhD in the field of coaching and has published numerous papers in international coaching and education journals. Kerryn challenges her audiences when presenting her research to coaching groups and loves a good laugh when performing stand-up comedy as The Comic Life Coach.
