The benefits for mentoring for both mentees and mentors are well documented (Ehrich, Hansford & Tennent, 2002).

Having another coach listen to you coach and give you feedback allows you to:

  • Identify and capitalise on your strengths

  • Learn new and different approaches to familiar situations

  • Hear something different from what you actually heard

  • Identify blackholes in your coaching
