ReciproCoach is a service provided by Dr Kerryn Griffiths. It aims to promote sharing, support and development for professional coaches around the world. To this end, all members of the ReciproCoach community agree to be bound to the following terms and conditions of ReciproCoach membership:

* You warrant that you have completed or are currently enrolled in coach-specific training or education (unless you are a guest member for participants in a special round). Before you may join a round of ReciproCoach you must become an approved member. In order to get approved, you need to provide evidence of the coach-specific training or education you have done and/or any coaching certification or qualifications you hold. If you are a student coach, you will only be able to participate in student rounds until you have completed at least 30 hours of training
* All memberships last for 365 days. After 365 days have passed, all memberships, including free memberships, need to be renewed to continue. This ensures that all members are active. If you do not renew, your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to access the community.
* You need a paid membership or ReciproCoach coins in your account to register for coaching and mentoring rounds and to get approved. ReciproCoach coins do not expire, however round entry credits included in paid memberships expire after 365 days and must be used within the year's annual membership.
* You agree to subscribe to and remain subscribed to the ReciproCoach email updates. This ensures that all ReciproCoaches are aware of updates and changes. Should you fail to confirm subscription to or unsubscribe from this list, your membership may be terminated without refund.
* Members of ReciproCoach are expected to adhere to the codes of ethics set out by the AC, IAC and the ICF, as well as their respective coaching competencies at all times in interaction with other ReciproCoaches.
* Members of ReciproCoach are encouraged to maintain their own professional insurance. Kerryn Griffiths will not be held liable for the coaching provided by any members of the ReciproCoach Community.

When joining a round of ReciproCoach coaching or mentoring you:

- understand that you may not get all or any of your preferences for a coach, client, mentor or mentee met. While you will have the opportunity to submit your preferences and request coaches prior to a round beginning, you understand that your preferences for a coach/client cannot be guaranteed;
- agree to report on each stage of your experience using the online progress system. This includes reporting on contact established with both of your matches, initiation of the coaching/mentoring relationship, logging the completion of coaching/mentoring hours and submitting feedback and testimonials for both your ReciproCoach/Client and ReciproMentor/Mentee;
- agree to coach/mentor in a manner which reflects the AC, IAC and/or ICF coaching competencies, uphold their standards of ethics and treat your ReciproClient/Mentee as a normal fee-paying client;
- confirm that you feel a genuine willingness/need to be coached/mentored, as well as to coach/mentor another coach, except if the conditions of your chosen round do not include either role e.g. gift rounds;
- agree to be available on email at the beginning of your ReciproCoach round and if you cannot be there during that week, to organise to have someone respond for you or to notify your Coordinator prior to the round starting and provide a date on which you will be available;
- understand that you may only withdraw from a round free of charge and with a refund of coins prior to the close of registration for a round;
- agree to complete the agreed number of hours for the round you have registered for with both of your matches. Should you be forced to discontinue coaching/mentoring prior to completion of the agreed number of hours, this must be logged in the online system together with the reason for early termination. You understand that you and your discontinuing partner will be placed into a JumpIn round for the remaining hours associated with the round and matched with new coaching partners to complete your hours and that this process is likely to extend your participation beyond the original end date.
- agree to set up your standard coach-client agreement with your ReciproClient with "Payable via ReciproCoach" as the fee;
- agree to provide your partners with at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel a session. If you are a client and cancel a session without 24 hours notice, or if you fail to arrive for a schedule session, your session may be deemed to have taken place at your coach's discretion. If you are a coach and cancel a session without 24 hours, or if you fail to arrive for a scheduled session, your client may report this to your round coordinator and choose to end the coaching relationship immediately. In such cases, the procedure for early termination will apply (see above).;
- agree to suspend judgment of your coach and the methods s/he uses to coach you and remain open, flexible and present as a client when being coached in order to experience and appreciate your coach's methods and style fully;
- agree to engage in mentoring if you experience repeated difficulty coaching ReciproClients or if more than one ReciproClient experiences difficulty being coached by you;
- agree to provide your coach with a testimonial at the end of coaching;
- agree to contact your ReciproCoach Coordinator or the Global ReciproCoach Coordinator immediately, should you that feel at any point that any of the above terms and conditions have been compromised by any ReciproCoach participants; and,
- understand that if you breach any of the above terms and conditions, your ReciproCoach membership may be cancelled without refund of membership fees or unused coins and membership may not be reinstated.

By registering as a member, you agree to abide by the additional terms and conditions below:

- You will not SPAM fellow ReciproCoaches or send junk mail.
- You will not use the ReciproCoach community to post or transmit offensive materials including offensive language or sexually explicit materials (including photographs).
- You will not knowingly post false information in your profile, or pose as another person.
- You will use the services of ReciproCoach for professional communication in relation to coaching only and will not engage in or promote any commercial enterprise through your ReciproCoach profile.
- You will not harass others by continuing to attempt to communicate with someone who has clearly asked you to cease communications.
- All information contained in emails should be treated as confidential. This information cannot be forwarded without the previous consent of the original sender of the message.

General:

* If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the ReciproCoach service you may submit formal feedback at any time. You may also cancel your membership at any time. Membership fees or coin purchases will be refunded based on usage up to 60 days after purchase. Thereafter no membmership fees will be refunded. You may only withdraw from a round prior to its beginning. In such cases, ReciproCoach credits/coins will be refunded automatically to your account.
* You are solely responsible for any information contained in your profile and all of your communications with other ReciproCoaches.
* Kerryn Griffiths reserves the right to suspend or ban any member who is considered to be compromising the aims or terms and conditions of ReciproCoach. In such cases there will be no refund of money.
* Kerryn Griffiths is not responsible for any information or materials posted or transmitted via the ReciproCoach service. These terms and conditions outline behaviour that is unacceptable on the service, but Kerryn Griffiths is not responsible for ensuring that members follow this agreement. She will however endeavour to maintain these standards as far as possible. Kerryn Griffiths accepts no responsibility for resolving disputes between members.
* Kerryn Griffiths supports and promotes the equal sharing of time and energy. ReciproCoach does not intend to be a bartering community, but rather use skills-swaps as a means of professional development and support for coaches. In some jurisdictions, tax must be paid on goods/services obtained via bartering agreements. As a ReciproCoach member, you are responsible for determining your intention for engaging in ReciproCoach and adhering to the taxation laws in your jurisdiction. Kerryn Griffiths does not support or encourage tax evasion and disclaims all responsibility and liability for members' lawful financial obligations.
* All material & information in the ReciproCoach website is copyright and may not be used in whole or part without the permission of Kerryn Griffiths.
* ReciproCoach members agree not to arrange their own coaching with members (present or past) of the ReciproCoach Community during the course of their membership or at any time in the future, without the prior written consent of Kerryn Griffiths.
* ReciproCoach members agree not to copy, sell or provide services of the same or similar nature to the services provided by Kerryn Griffiths during the course of their ReciproCoach membership or at any time in the future should their membership lapse, without the prior written consent of Kerryn Griffiths.
* These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. In such cases, all current members will be notified by email.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Under no circumstances will Kerryn Griffiths be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use of the ReciproCoach service. In addition, Kerryn Griffiths disclaims all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other members or users.
