There\u2019s a reason why \u201cCultivating Learning and Growth\u201d is a major component of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/coachingfederation.org\/credentials-and-standards\/core-competencies\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ICF Core Competencies<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This is also known as an insight or learning. If you\u2019re doing your job as a coach, you would then support them to <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">apply<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that learning in their everyday lives, outside of the coaching session. Finally, as your clients iteratively apply and reapply their learning in their lives, and thanks to your consistent presence and active listening, they eventually <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">integrate<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> their learning which results in changed behaviour, and ultimately, a changed person.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Want to know more?
