Whether cultural, professional or personal, values drive motivation, influence our behaviour and are integral in the process of development and transformation. It highlights three key themes within the process, sheds light on particular skills coaches require and makes suggestions for practice that have the potential to support any coach who wants to use values identification processes to better support their clients.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i>Be quick!
