Coaching is still a relatively young profession, and, not surprisingly, its landscape continues to evolve. Emerging trends and future directions are actively shaping the field, and it is important to stay abreast of these ongoing shifts in order to stay ahead of the game.

 

From the adoption of new coaching modalities and technologies to global variations in fee rates, attitudes towards continuing professional development, and beliefs about AI coaching, this month’s issue of Coaching Research in Practice draws on a very recent global study of the coaching landscape and offers a valuable benchmark for coaches worldwide.
