This issue of Coaching Research in Practice considers a recent paper that explores how coaching supports coachees in identifying their personal values. It highlights three key themes within the process, sheds light on particular skills coaches require and makes suggestions for practice that have the potential to support any coach who wants to use values identification processes to better support their clients.
