Flexible round entry credit

Each Flexible credit can be used for any standard coaching, mentoring, or supervision round or session.

Coaching

Each Coaching credit gives you access to a standard Reciprocal Peer Coaching round. Most rounds include six sessions as coach and six as client, working with two different partners across a total of twelve sessions.

Mentoring

Each Mentoring credit gives you access to one standard group mentoring session or a Reciprocal Peer Mentoring round. Group mentoring sessions are typically 1.5 hours and competency-focused. Peer mentoring rounds usually include three sessions as mentee, followed by three sessions as mentor once you are eligible.

Supervision

Each Supervision credit gives you access to a standard group supervision session, typically 1 to 1.5 hours in length.

Other Credits

Coaching Research

Each Coaching Research credit activates a one-year subscription to Coaching Research in Practice, including 10 issues per year and access to an archive of over a decade of coaching research.

Instant Website

Each Instant Website credit activates a one-year subscription to a ReciproCoach Instant Website.

Coaching Wheel

Each Coaching Wheel credit activates a one-year subscription to the ReciproCoach Online Coaching Wheel tool.

Session Prep Form

Each Session Prep Form credit activates a one-year subscription to the ReciproCoach online Session Preparation Form tool.

Session Reflection Form
