ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) applications are now open

Applications for the ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) are now open.

You can now apply either through the Standard Pathway or the Credit for Prior Learning pathway to become and MCS designated Mentor Coach. To help coaches determine which pathway is most appropriate, the ICF has also released a useful MCS Application Survey that guides applicants based on their education and experience.

For many experienced mentor coaches, the Credit for Prior Learning pathway is likely to be the most relevant option. We have updated our ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) Application Guide with an overview of the application pathways, requirements, mentor coach education options and frequently asked questions.
