Applications for the ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) are now open.
You can now apply either through the Standard Pathway or the Credit for Prior Learning pathway to become and MCS designated Mentor Coach. To help coaches determine which pathway is most appropriate, the ICF has also released a useful MCS Application Survey that guides applicants based on their education and experience.
For many experienced mentor coaches, the Credit for Prior Learning pathway is likely to be the most relevant option.
