For student and new coaches with fewer than 100 client coaching hours. This reciprocal peer coaching round offers practice across a range of client topics, with partners typically matched at a similar level of experience.
PCC to MCC Group Mentoring (2026/9.9)
For PCC-credentialed coaches working towards MCC-level coaching. This 1.5-hour interactive session includes observation, discussion and learning, with an MCC-level competency focus and distinctions at the PCC level.

Coach the Person, Not the Problem – Group Mentoring with MCC, Dr Marcia Reynolds (2026/9)
A 90-minute group mentoring session with Dr Marcia Reynolds, MCC and author of Coach the Person, Not the Problem, focused on moving beyond problem-focused coaching through observation, reflection and discussion of actual coaching.

MCC Casual Group Supervision Session (2026/9.1)
For MCC-credentialed coaches looking to engage in a one-off group supervision session with other MCC coaches under the guidance of a qualified MCC coaching supervisor. This 1.25-hour session includes active reflection, discussion and learning based on recent coaching practice with peers, with the option to continue.

For coaches applying for or renewing their ACC and working towards PCC-level coaching. This 1.5-hour interactive session includes observation, discussion and learning, with a PCC-level competency focus and distinctions at the ACC level.

Casual Group Supervision Session (2026/9.1)
For coaches who are currently coaching individuals and looking to engage in a one-off group supervision session. This 1.25-hour session includes active reflection, discussion and learning based on recent coaching practice, under the guidance of a qualified coaching supervisor within a collaborative group setting.
Recorded Sessions – Experienced Coaches (2026/9.3)
For experienced coaches with 100 or more client coaching hours. Participants agree to be coached on a non-coaching topic and give permission for sessions to be recorded for mentoring, credentialing and reflective learning purposes. Recordings may be used to apply for an ICF credential.
Recorded Sessions – Student/New Coaches (2026/9.4)
For student and new coaches with fewer than 100 client coaching hours. Participants agree to be coached on a non-coaching topic and give permission for sessions to be recorded for mentoring, credentialing and reflective learning purposes. Recordings may be used to apply for an ICF credential.
Mindfulness Peer Coaching (2026/9)
For coaches of any experience level who want to enhance their coaching presence through mindfulness. In collaboration with Brett Hill, The Mindful Coach, this round includes his Coach-Centered Mindfulness & Presence FastTrack course alongside six 30-minute weekly peer coaching sessions, with partners matched by experience level.
Mindfulness Peer Coaching – Past Participants (2026/9)
For coaches who have previously participated in Mindfulness Peer Coaching. This round offers the opportunity to continue your mindfulness practice at a discounted price, without repurchasing Brett Hill’s Coach-Centered Mindfulness & Presence FastTrack course.
PCC Group Mentoring (2026/10.3)
For coaches working towards PCC-level coaching, including those applying for their PCC or renewing their ACC. This 1.5-hour interactive session includes observation, discussion and learning, with a PCC-level competency focus.
