Reciprocal Peer Coaching
Get what your clients pay you for. Reciprocal Peer Coaching rounds offer a structured way to both give and receive coaching. Working with two separate people — a coach and a client — Reciprocal Peer Coaching mirrors paid coaching relationships and is therefore recognised as paid client coaching hours by the ICF. Grow through real coaching in both roles, gain diverse perspectives, and experiment with new coaching styles. It’s a powerful way to grow personally and professionally while building a supportive network of peers.
Mentor Coaching
Refine your coaching skills, deepen your competency understanding, and prepare for ICF credentialing through structured Mentor Coaching rounds. Coaching Supervision
