There are several reasons why you mightn't be able to login:

1. If you're a new member, have your received the confirmation email and clicked on the confirmation link contained within it? If you haven't received the confirmation email, check your junkmail folder. If you find it in there, make sure that you add "reciprocoach.com" to your email "whitelist" (as opposed to the spam blacklist). If you don't find it there, contact us and we'll resend it to you.

2. If you've already logged in before, check that you are typing your username and password correctly. Remember, that if your username has spaces in it, you need to always type it with spaces. In addition, if you used any capital letters when you set it up, you will always need to remember where you used capital letters, because our system is case sensitive.

If you received the following message:

Invalid link The link you clicked is no longer valid. After the progress associated with a link is confirmed or rejected, the link is no longer valid. Please login to your members area to ensure that the progress you're attempting to confirm/reject has not been already confirmed or rejected.

You will get the above message if you have already confirmed the progress. Sometimes this happens when you login to the members area and confirm the progress manually, or if you accidentally click twice on the link.

The first time you click on the link you may not notice that you just confirmed (or you might forget that you did it) and the second time you get the message displayed above.

If you do get this message, all it means is that the progress has been confirmed already - so you don't have to do anything!

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot login?” link in the login panel, type your email address and click on “Password Reset“ button. Shortly you will receive an email with a link where you set up a new password.

Alternatively, you may also email the coordinator, however, it is best to do it via the online system as emails can easily go astray or get forgotten.

Usually you get the link invalid page when the progress has already been confirmed. Check in the members area if the progress recorded is correct and email the global coordinator if the progress has been recorded incorrectly.

Browsers get updated all the time, so we need you to let us know when/if our website suddenly stops working perfectly with your browser. However, our website works consistently well with the Firefox (PC) or Safari (Mac) browsers. These can be downloaded for free from the internet. However,  if you are using a popular browser like Internet Explorer or something else, and experience problems, download one of the above browsers so that you can continue to use our website in the meantime, but also let us know and we'll update our website to make it compatible with all popular browsers.
